A hotel building at Żabi Kruk 4 in Gdańsk, next to Granary Island. It operates as the first Prize by Radisson hotel in Poland.
A mixed use building in the Stare Przedmieście district, directly adjacent to the Gdańsk Old Town. It houses 125 rooms and approximately 2,538 sqm of sellable area, with retail and service units at street level and one level of underground parking.
The site is covered by local development plan number 1158 for the Żabi Kruk and Rzeźnicka area, on the basis of which the building permit was obtained. The plan allows a development intensity of up to 4 and a height between 12 and 20 metres.
We delivered the project as part of a consortium. Building within dense historic surroundings required phased works and constant coordination with the other parties involved. The building was handed over in February 2026 and the hotel welcomed its first guests in April 2026.
