A restored tenement in the central business district, operating as a boutique office building of the highest standard.
A distinguished tenement in the very centre of Warsaw, close to the Palace of Culture and Science. The building has six above ground floors and 4,100 sqm of office space, with a typical floor of around 600 sqm. The ground floor holds retail and restaurant units, and tenants have an underground garage and a covered inner patio.
The facade features balconies, a bay window and rich architectural detailing. The interiors were designed for flexible layouts, with above average ceiling heights and good daylight. The poet Miron Białoszewski lived and worked in the building, commemorated by a plaque on the facade.
We were responsible for the fit out of the office space. Working inside an occupied, historic building is different from working on a construction site. What matters is the programme agreed with the property manager, keeping disruption to other tenants down and protecting the existing architectural detail.
