The project of converting an object located in the center of Helsinki, with an area of approximately 5,000 sq m, into apartments. The concept assumes the creation of a complex of apartments for rent. The building will be subjected to a thorough modernization, leaving only the existing construction, all elements and installations will be created anew.
Revitalization of a tenement house from 1903 along with the superstructure and its transformation into a modern boutique office building, meeting the highest standards, equipped with a 4-storey underground garage. The construction was awarded at the conservation conference as a model example of revitalization.
